1. How do I make a reservation?

2. Can I make a reservation for more than one room of same room type?
Yes, you can simply by selecting the number in the property's drop down box. We only charge one booking fee regardless of how many rooms your book. Note: the numbers shown in the in the drop down box indicates the maximum number of rooms available for that night.
3. Am I guaranteed a room at the rate shown?
100%. These rooms have been set aside specificaly for last minute rates and our accommodation providers are committed to these rates at all times. Book now and take advantage of these great deals.
4. Can I choose the location of my room. Ie high up or facing the harbour?
The room is allocated usually at the time of check-in. So your accommodation provider will aim to accommodate your needs but can only guarantee them subject to availability.
5. Is the room rate per person or per nite?
All room rates are advertised in $AUD (Australian dollars), and are quoted on a nightly basis for the room, unless otherwise stated. There may be additional charges for extra guests.
6. Do I need a credit card to make a booking?
Yes, you will need to provide us with your valid credit card details. HotelSeeker is currently accepting bookings online only.
7. Who will charge my credit card?
To secure your booking at the last minute rate, a deposit of 5% of the total cost of your accommodation plus $1.50 booking fee is payable at the time of booking. The balance of your accommodation is payable directly to the accommodation provider and is charge by them at the time of booking or at check-in. We also send them your booking details securely and confidentially.
8. How do I know my credit card details are safe?
Your credit card details will only be used for the purposes of booking your accommodation. Your credit card payment is handled by our secure gateway payment system through St George Bank. The information you provide is securely encrypted before transmission to the Card Authoriser to prevent unauthorized access to your card details.
9. How do I know my reservation is guaranteed?
Two things happen. Firstly the Booking Confirmation page appears once payment is processed successfully with room and hotel details. This also serves as a Tax Invoice. You may print it and present it to reception upon arrival.
Secondly you will receive a confirmation email with similar details to the booking confirmation page. You will usually receive this within a few seconds after your confirmed booking.
10. What happens if I need to amend or cancel my booking?
Should you need to change your reservation ie dates, room type etc., please send an email to bookings@hotelseeker.com.au as soon as possible. You may also contact the hotel direct.
All booking cancellations will forfeit the 5% deposit regardless of when request for cancellation is made. A $10 cancellation processing fee will apply if you cancel through RoomSeeker by sending an email. If you cancel direct with hotel, this fee does not apply.
