Seeking an Accommodation Provider

Standard Seeking:

1. Select State/Territory - this field is mandatory to continue seeking
2. Select the Major City / Region (optional)
3. Select the Exact Town or Suburb (optional)
4. Select Accommodation Type (optional) for more specific property search
5. Click "Seek Room" to get results
6. A listing of accommodation specific to your needs is displayed
7. If an Accommodation Provider has several different room styles or packages available, only the lowest priced one is shown on this page
8. To View an accommodations details click on the accommodation name or "Stay Here" button
9. Here you will find all the room types and rates available together with property details, room facilities and local attractions

Advanced Seeking:

1. Select Advanced Seeking or Seek Eye button
2. Select State/Territory - this field is mandatory to continue seeking
3. Select the Major City / Region (optional)
4. Select the Exact Town or Suburb (optional)
5. Select Accommodation Type (optional) for more specific property search
6. Select facility/ies to suit your needs or select star rating or max nightly price based on your budget. You may chose some or all of these advanced options
7. Click "Seek Room" to get results
8. A listing of accommodation specific to your needs is displayed.
9. If an Accommodation Provider has several different room styles or packages available, only the lowest priced one is shown on this page
10. To View an accommodations details click on the accommodation name or "Stay Here" button
11. Here you will find all the room types and rates available together with property details, room facilities and local attractions

Seek Chain Accommodation: 

1. Select a State of your choice or leave at "All" if you want to search Chains Australia wide
2. To select a City/Region you must select a State first
3. Chain field is used to select Hotel Chain that may operate and manage several Hotel Brands i.e Mirvac Hotels owns the Sebel, Citigate and Como brands. Note: Chains that do not own Brands or Chains that are Brands themselves i.e. Best Western, then "All" will be displayed in the Brand field.
4. Brand field may be used to select a desired Brand without the need to select Hotel Chain. If  a Brand your are seeking is not listed here, then it will be listed in the Chain field i.e. Best Western
5. Recommended Chain, once clicked on, displays all the selected Chain's properties Australia wide. You can then narrow down your search by selecting State or City on the results page.

Confirming your Booking

1. Once you are ready to place a booking, click on the "book now" button located beside the room rates
2. This will take you to a secure payment page where you enter your personal & payment details. Make sure you complete this section properly
3. Payment can only be made via credit card and its handled by our secure payment service provided by St George Bank Ltd
4. Click "Confirm" to proceed
5. When payment is processed and approved, a booking confirmation screen is displayed. This is also a Tax Invoice and should be printed for GST purposes as well as your Accommodation Confirmation
6. The booking details are automatically sent to the accommodation provider via email.
7. You will also receive a confirmation email usually within 60 seconds which you can print out and present to the property at check-in
8. You may be required to present photo ID & credit card imprint on arrival
